Yoga Class Descriptions

Sun Warrior

This is our signature Vinyasa class where movement is linked with breath, allowing the body to move fluidly through each pose. Vinyasa yoga is an energizing style of yoga and is appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Become steady, strong, resilient and find your warrior within!

Fire Warrior

This is a more advanced version of our signature Sun Warrior class.  Fire Warrior is an energizing, faster paced style of Vinyasa yoga in an Infrared Heated studio.  We will be playing with more arm balances and inversions, more core work, really firing up every muscle!  Connecting breath and movement to intense beats, this class will get you out of your head and into your body!

Moon Warrior

Moon Warrior is our Restorative Yoga class. It is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. A beautiful counterpart to the more fiery power classes, you will feel refreshed and relaxed when you walk off your mat. Feel free to show up in comfortable attire, almost like your PJs, maybe even bring a hoodie. This class will make you feel like you got an adjustment, a massage and a nap!

Electro Warrior

This power Vinyasa style class, with minimal cueing/ more moving, is sure to intensify your practice! Don your glow-in-the-dark duds because this class is practiced in a dark room illuminated only by black lights! Not only is it a lot of fun, but it is also a challenge! Practicing in near darkness causes your brain to rely heavily on heightened awareness from senses other than vision to keep you balanced. Elevate your Vinyasa flow with deep house, trance and dubstep beats through our seamless surround sound system!  *Disclaimer, this class has a much higher decibel of music and there may be an occasional explicit lyric 😉

Vin/Yin Warrior

The beginning of class will build heat in the muscles through Sun Salutation A and B. The rest of the class will be passively held floor poses. These poses activate and lengthen the connective tissues in the body, while relaxing the muscles that are attached to them. Students will use props to assist the body in deepening the poses. Holding each pose for 1-3 minutes restores and maintains the natural mobility of the joints, increases flexibility in the body, and releases blockages in the energy centers of the body to increase energy flow.

Savasana Suite

Savasana (Corpse Pose) or Meditation (Dhyana) are perhaps the most important part of a yoga practice. During this hour, students can come get away from the craziness of the day by finding silence and stillness. Students can take this hour to slow down, reconnect to their breath, and find relaxation in their mind and body. Even if you only have ten minutes to share with us, you are welcome here! (Just remember to be super quiet for those staying longer!) Come in your yoga clothes, PJs, street clothes or work clothes, and make sure to use any yoga props to make you feel relaxed & comfortable during your time here!

Warrior 101

This is a safe, fun and introductory level class  for students who are new to yoga or those who need a refresher class. Students will learn the foundational poses and begin to learn how to connect their breath with their movement.  Using props during class, students will learn to build on the foundational poses to deepen their practice. There will be clear, detailed cues and occasional demonstrations throughout class.
